The Tasmanian Planning Scheme Zoning dataset is an online resource that maps each planning zone across the state. Each zone comprises land use and development standards appropriate to the zone purpose. This Historical layer is designed to provide a record of changes over time, by integrating current and former zones or overlays for areas where amendments have been applied. The dataset is linked to online supporting documentation.
